Safety Day

the awards luncheon

For one day each year, we shut down operations company-wide so that all employees can come to our safety awards luncheon.

Safety Day is a celebration of our company’s dedication to ensuring that all of our employees return home safely each and every day. Employees who have not had a single incident on their crew throughout the previous calendar year are recognized and rewarded.

The Safety Calendar

An annual contest

Each year we hold a contest for all the children of our employees to make a drawing of why their parent should work safely. We select the top twelve entries for inclusion in our calendar.

The winners get $100 gift cards, runners-up get $50 gift cards, and the grand prizewinner also gets a $500 scholarship. All non-winning kids get a $25 gift card. So everybody’s a winner!
