The Kimmins Contracting Site Development and Utility division provides a comprehensive array of services to both the public and private sectors. On long and short term, as well as emergency basis projects, our scope of work encompasses every type of road and drainage specialty infrastructure projects. We have partnered and sub-contracted with some of the largest general contractors in the county on many of the Tampa Bay area’s foremost projects assisting with everything from land clearing to paving.
