Design/Build services for slime soil remediation, relocation of existing storm trench, new storm drain system, 2100 l.f. of new sanitary force main, street light pole, construction of two storm drain ponds, road stabilization for a 4-lane future road project. The project was the first project in the United States to utilize rigid inclusion foundations with a geogrid fabric and earth en fill. The technology allowed us to construct a new roadway sub grade over phosphate clays that were up to 40’ deep. The total settlement was clearly monitored and the total settlement averaged less than ½”. This project provided an alternative to normal de-mucking operations.
