Kimmins Contracting Corporation is a certified Drug-Free Workplace under The Florida Workers Compensation Premium Reduction Act.

We test all job applicants for illegal drug use prior to hiring. We also test current employees on a random basis, after accidents occur, and in cases where a supervisor has reasonable suspicion that an employee is using illegal drugs.

We work hand-in-hand with Drug Free Workplaces of Tampa Bay to ensure that our employees remain educated about the problems and dangers of illegal drugs and its impact on workplace safety, productivity and quality.
