| Mr. Williams has over 30 years leadership and management experience in the construction, recycling, real estate and insurance industries. He has led the Kimmins Contracting Corp team for the past 10 years and is involved on a daily basis in all aspects of operational and managerial duties. Mr. Williams is also a certified public accountant and real estate broker in the state of Florida. |

John Zemina |
| Vice President - Operations |
| Mr. Zemina has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry, the last 23 years at Kimmins. He started at Kimmins as a Project Manager and has been in charge of operations for the last 15 years. He has estimating and operations experience in heavy civil and roadway construction projects throughout the Tampa Bay area. He has experience in permits, design and the technical aspects of the industry. He understands the importance of schedules and budgeting concerns. |

Jeff Meigs |
| Vice President - Demolition Estimating |
| Mr. Meigs has been with Kimmins for over 26 years working in both the civil and demolition sectors. He is responsible for estimating, planning, subcontracts, project management and preparation of demolition and abatement projects for the Kimmins demolition division. He has been involved in the entire management of numerous demolition projects beginning with the development of the estimate through to the end of the project closeout. |

Candice Agosto |
| Vice President - Aggregate and Metal Recycling |
| Mrs. Agosto has over 15 years experience in a management position. She is currently responsible for the success of the Scrap Metal and Aggregate Recycling Division. Her duties include safety, estimating, purchase and sale of all materials along with her sales team, cost control, recruitment, budgeting, quality control, client relations and corporate development. Her past experience include solid waste and material recovery, risk management, special projects in IT, operations, administrative management, and logistics. |

Michael D. O'Brien |
| Vice President - Fleet |
| Mr. O’Brien has over 37 years of experience in management positions in scrap processing, equipment fleet positions in solid waste, recycling and demolition industries. He has over 9 years as Fleet Manager, buying, selling, maintaining heavy equipment truck fleet of 350 pieces of equipment. |
